Welcome to Oasis Hospital! Founded in 1960 as the first hospital in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, Oasis has always been rooted in the community. We value our relationship with you and continually drive to keep our level of care at the latest international standard. We seek to be sensitive to all cultural needs and we welcome all people.
Oasis was the first private hospital in the UAE to receive JCI accreditation – an international measure of quality. We are part of the Cure International network of hospitals.
Our young volunteers who helped us and our patients move say it changed their lives. You can read the rest of the story here in The National.
The UAE Embassy in Canada has donated $10,000 to the Hospital for Sick Children in memory of nurse Gertrude Dyck who worked at Oasis for nearly 40 years. Nurse Dyck was known locally as ‘Doctora Latifa’, meaning ‘mercy’. Read the whole story in Gulf Today.
Trey Hulsey, president of Oasis Hospital, told 7DAYS: “Why do we give away free care? We believe that God loves us and we want other people to feel that as well.”
